The II Women’s Argentine Polo Open resumed on Thursday in Pilar, with two matches; four teams up 32 goals (ladies handicap) are competing. The tournament is being played in round robin format; the two top teams will then play the final, scheduled for Saturday, December 15, on Palermo’s number 2 ground, before the 125° Argentine Open final.
The two favourites, La Dolfina Brava and El Overo Z7 UAE, went head to head on Thursday. After a close match, El Over Z7 UAE stole the win. It is highly likely that they will meet again in the final, as in 2017, where La Dolfina Brava beat Ellerstina (the same players are competing this year for El Overo Z7 UAE).
