Scone and Pilot scored debut wins in the USPA Gold Cup,the second leg of The Gauntlet of Polo, that’s underway at the International Polo Club Palm Beach, in Wellington, Florida. Scone and Pilot had no trouble at all to defeat La Fe (13-7) and Cola Cola (12-7), respectively.
In the day’s opening game, La Fe received two goals on handicap, while Poroto Cambiaso was the top scorer of the day, after producing no less than nine goals for Scone.
The USPA Gold Cup sees thirteen teams, up to 22 goals, compete. The final will be played on Sunday, March 27.
