With only two league days left to play, many teams have qualified for the next stage of the US Open Polo Championship, the most prestigious polo tournament in the United States, that’s underway at International Polo Club Palm Beach.
Scone, Park Place and Aspen Valley qualified to the quarters after taking three consecutive wins. Meanwhile, Pilot, La Fe, AUDI and Tamera have claimed two wins a piece, and still have chances of making it to the next round.
It is confirmed, unfortunately, that Polito Pieres has broken his collarbone and is sidelined for the rest of the season. That is why the match due on Sunday between Santa Rita and La Elina has been rescheduled for on Monday.
The final of the US Open Polo Championship is due on Sunday, April 24.
