The 2025 high goal season in Palm Beach might have come to an end, but polo continued at the National Polo Center, in Wellington, Florida, United States. The NPC hosted a friendly international six chukka test match between Uruguay and the United States, on Sunday April 27.

Uruguay lineup was made of Santiago Stirling, Nachi Viana, Matías Carrique and Benicio Laguarda, while the United States had Grant Ganzi, Matías González, Nic Roldán and Tommy Collingwood. Both lineups played a very tight mach; and so tight it was that it ended in extra chukka, and Uruguay victorious 11-10. A fantastic win, that put Uruguay, the “little country” among the big names of international polo.
