A new edition of the Trippetts Challenge, one of the most significant tournaments of the polo season in England, commenced on Sunday May 14, with double action that took place a Cowdray Park Polo Club, located in Midhurst, West Sussex. The competition sees four teams up to 22 goals, partake, and will run through Saturday May 20. 

Murus Sanctus/Talandracas and UAE Polo were victorious in the opening day. Murus Sanctus/Talandracas defeated La Magdeleine 10-8, while UAE Polo claimed a 14-11 win over title holders, Alejandro Aznar’s Marqués de Riscal.

The Trippetts Challenge will resume on Wednesday May 17, with the following order of play:

11am: Murus Sanctus/Talandracas vs. Marqués de Riscal

2,30pm: UAE Polo vs. La Magdeleine
