The teams for the All-Star Challenge, opening tournament of the World Polo League, were announced early this week. The competition will kick off on Thursday and will come to an end on Sunday, February 16. The series, for teams up to 26 goals, concludes on April 18.

STERLING CUP

 

The Sterling Cup, one of the principal tournaments played at Grand Champions Polo Club, came to an end on Monday after Valiente defeated Santa Clara 12 goals to 9 in the final to claim the title. A total of six teams, up to 22 goals, were in competition.
