Bin Drai and Habtoor claimed victories in the first two days of the Sir Winston Churchill Cup, currently underway at  Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tournament is named after one of the most remarkable history icons, who served two terms as Primer Minister of the United Kingdom, leading the country in the darkest hours of the Second World War. Sir Winston was also a keen polo player.

Bin Drai narrowly beat El Basha by 9 goals to 8, while Habtoor defeated Mahra Hesketh 8-4.5, on Saturday, December, 10 and Sunday, December 11, respectively.  

The Sir Winston Churchill Cup will come to an end on Thursday, December 15.  

The competition sees four teams up to 10 goals compete, and will come to an end on Thursday, December 15.
