The Qualification Tournament Copa Remonta y Veterinaria continued on Tuesday, October 25 on Palermo’s number 1 ground, with La Esquina claiming a victory over Alegria to secure the second spot in the 129th. Argentine Open. The Qualification Tournament gives two teams the chance to compete in the Argentine Open, at Palermo. This year’s edition saw eight teams, up to 30 goals, compete. Teams are split in two leagues.

 

The results mean that Pascual Sainz de Vicuña’s team will play the most important polo tournament in the world for a second time.

 

Meanwhile, in preparation for the Cámara de Diputados Cup, Trenque Lauquen defeated La Fija by 13 goals to 10 to take third place in their league. The game was played at the AAP Headquarters, in Pilar.
