PX claimed a narrow 8.5-8 win over Cibao La Pampa and won the Memorial José Ignacio Domecq, the first leg of the Iberian Polo Tour 2024. The four-chukka championship match took place at Ayala Polo Club, Los Pinos III ground, in Sotogrande, Spain, on Friday March 29. The Memorial José Ignacio Domecq, that saw five teams up to 8 goals, in participation, is one of the most traditional contests of the Spaniard spring season, and was played through Saturday March 23 and Friday March 29.
The Iberian Polo Tour forms part of the Spring Tour, composed by the Memorial José Ignacio Domecq, Campeonato de España & Copa FAP, Copa Barón de Stratbrock and Copa Jerez de Polo.
