Following the end of the high goal season in England, the Hurlingham Polo Association (HPA), the governing body of polo in the country, announced the handicap changes for player who competed in 22-goal tournaments. The most important handicap change was awarded to Polito Pieres. The winner of the Queen’s Cup with Murus Sanctus has become a 10-goaler. Therefore, he becomes the fourth player to hold 10 goals in the UK; alongside Camilo Castagnola, Facundo Pieres and Hilario Ulloa.

 

Other significative changes were those of Lukin Monteverde and Tomás Beresford, the recent winners of the British Open with UAE Polo, from 6 to 7 and 7 to 8, respectively. In other raises, Jerónimo del Carril and Facundo Fernández Llorente went from 7 to 8; Felix Esain, Santos Merlos, from 5 to 6; and Beltrán Lauhlé, from 3 to 5.
