Current title holders, La Magdeleine, became the first team to qualify for the semifinals of the Open de France, currently underway at the Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly, located in Apremont, France. The prestigious tournament sees sixteen teams, up to 16 goals, compete. La Magdeleine, led by Tito Ruiz Guiñazu’s, claimed a hard fought 10-9 win over Amanara.
The quarter finals of the Open de France are set for on Sunday, September 11 and Monday, September 24. Kazak, last year’s runner-up, will go head-to-head with Talandracas on Sunday. Monday will see Los Dragones take on La Fija, and Brittany Polo Club play La Berta.
The quarter finals of the Trophée Conde will also be played on Sunday.
The final of the Open de France is set to be played on Sunday, September 18.
