The Municipalidad del Pilar Cup, one of the main tournaments of the Argentine Spring Season, kicked off on Thursday with four matches played at four different clubs. Twelve teams, between 24 and 27 goals, are in competition.

Zone 1, at Säo José: El Trébol Km. 90 11-4 Power Horse

Zone 3, at Las Monjitas: Sol de Agosto 11-6 Las Monjitas 

Zone 4, at La Aguada: La Cañada La Dolfina 9-8 La Aguada Blackhound 

This tournament qualifies 11 teams to the Cámara de Diputados Cup, which will see sixteen teams in participation. The remaining five teams will be those that do not qualify to the Argentine Open.

Day 2 of the ‘Municipalidad’ is scheduled for Tuesday.
