The 58th. Jockey Club Open Thai Polo Cup, continued on Friday September 15, with three games. Action was split between La Dolfina Polo Club and the Argentine Association of Polo Headquarters, in Pilar. In the contest played at the Cañuelas-based club in the morning, La Dolfina defeated Betania Arg Polo Gin, and earned their second win in the tournament.
Later in the afternoon, in the match played on ground 3, in Pilar, Monterosso earned a 15-11 win over La Hache. In the follow-up, that took place on ground 5, also in Pilar, title holders, Scone, had a successful debut, after beating Cañuelas 16-9.
The single match due on Sunday September 17 was postponed due to rains, and the action will resume on Monday September 18, at the Jockey Club, in San Isidro
The final of the 58th. Jockey Club Open Thai Polo Cup will be played on Saturday September 23.
