Ladies World Cup: Semifinalists to be defined on Tuesday

The semifinalists of the  I Ladies World Cup will be named on Tuesday, April 12, at Palermo. The tournament, which marks a milestone in the history of the sport, sees six national teams compete for the title: Argentina, Brazil, United States, England, Ireland, and Italy.

 

Teams are split into two groups. Each group will play a round robin format until April 13; the semifinals will follow on April 14, where the top team of each group will face off. The final is scheduled for Saturday, April 16.
