And, at the end, Scone didn’t have their hat trick. Winners in 2022 and 2023, David Paradice’s lineup were overwhelmed by La Hache, who claimed the 59th. Jockey Club Open for the Thai Polo Cup, after the championship match that took place on Saturday September 21, at midday, at the Jockey Club, in San Isidro.

 

Hilario Ulloa’s organisation lineup, La Hache, seized the reins of the contest from the start, reaching an impressive 9-4 by half time, led by the lethal duo, Paquito de Narvaez and Benjamin Panelo, who produced ten goals each. La Hache demonstrated their powerful, solid team play thoroghout the seven chukkas of play, and were merciless against Scone, who struggled to get closer in the scoreboard. At the end of the day, La Hache won 13-9, in a very significant victory and title, that gives them a very special feeling just a few days before the start of the Triple Crown.
