The B.Grimm Thai Polo Masters came to an end on Sunday at Thai Polo & Equestrian Club, in Pattaya, Thailand. For second year in a row, the tournament attracted teams up to 14-goals; this year, six teams were in competition. The prestigious event forms part of the Royal Malaysian Polo Association League, which is set to host a total of five tournaments this year, in Thailand (January) and Malaysia (June, July & August).

The final saw two Malaysian teams face off, as defending champions La Familia took on Royal Pahang. The final got off to a balanced start, but Mohamed Moiz’s team managed get ahead and start the second period with an advantage.

Royal Pahang gave a  good performance, but the team captained by HRH The Prince Regent of Pahang Crown Prince Hassanal Shah couldn’t gain the upper hand, and a final goal by Matias Vial sealed the win for La familia.
