Although the 2024 Triple Crown in Argentina is already in full swing, many teams are holding their official presentations. Following Ellerstina’s, it was the time of one of the most prestigious organisations both in Argentina and overseas – La Dolfina.

 

The event took place on Thursday September 26 at the Teatro Sarmiento, in Buenos Aires, with players and special guests in attendance. The Cañuelas-based team presented all their lineups, due to play the Triple Crown, ladies tournaments and qualification.

 

The first lineup to be presented was La Dolfina Valiente – Mariano González Jr., Lucas Criado Jr., Isidro Strada and Gonzalo Ferrari – will play the qualification tournament, with the aim to be one of the two teams who will take part of the Argentine Open. Up next, came the ladies, La Dolfina Semper Anticus, the lineup composed by Mia Cambiaso, Lia Salvo, Catalina Lavinia  and Nina Clarkin. A new foursome for the four times winners of the Women’s Argentine Open, and a runner up in 2023.

 

The girls were followed by the second La Dolfina lineup, Cría La Dolfina. The players are Rufino Bensadon, Diego Cavanagh, Alejo Taranco and Bautista Bayugar.

 

And last but not least, came La Dolfina Saudi, the 40-goal foursome – Adolfo Cambiaso, Poroto Cambiaso, Pelón Stirling and Juan Martín Nero unveiled the new team jersey. La Dolfina Saudi is celebrating a special milestone this year, since they will be playing their 25th. Triple Crown and, as usual, with the sights on the Argentine Open  – the last time they lifted the most coveted polo trophy in the world was in 2022. A team who has won everything they played – Palermo (15), Hurlingham (12) and Tortugas (6), but who are always hungry for more.
