Ghantoot ran out the champions of the IFZA Gold Cup, the most prestigious polo tournament in Asia and the Middle East, following a 11-7 victory against UAE Polo at Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club. Ghantoot made an impressive comeback in the third chukka to dominate the match. They showed spectacular team play, securing a significant goal advantage which allowed them to take the title.

The Subsidiary Bentley Cup final went to Bangash after they claimed victory over Dubai Wolves by CAFU.

The tournament saw eight teams, up to 18 goals, compete.
