Grand Champions claimed a 10-7 win over Newport and won the Fall Plates, the penultimate medium goal handicap of the 2024 Fall Season, that was played at Grand Champions Polo Club, in Wellington, Florida, United States. The championship match took place on Sunday November 3.

 

The winners dominated the match and the scoreboard, earning significant advantages thoroghout the six chukkas of play, led by their top scorer Martín Jauregui (he produced four goals). In the last chukka, Newport bounced back and scored three unanswered goals, but the damaged has already been done, and Grand Champions were victorious.

 

The Subsidiary went to SebiLion, who defeated Santa Rita by a narrow 5-4. Once again, Sebastián Mandelbaum, Leo Mandelbaum’s 18-years-old son, delivered a great performance, as was presented with an special award as the youngest player of the competition.
