The 22nd Emirates Polo Championship International, one of the most significant tournaments of the season at Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is due to kick off on Saturday, December 10. The competition, which is played under the patronage of HH Sheikh Falah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the club’s chairman, will see some of the most renowned players and patrons of the area compete.
“We are very happy to host a new edition of the Emirates Polo Championship International,” said Khalid Saeed Al Mazooqui, Executive Director of Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club. “This achievement couldn’t have been possible without the support of Sheikh Falah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the sponsors and patrons.”
The event was launched with a press conference on December 5, and will see three teams, between 10 and 20 goals, compete. The finals will take place on Saturday, December 17.
