The 20th edition of the H.H President of UAE Polo Cup got off to an exciting start on Wednesday at Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club (GRPC), in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The tournament, one of the highest handicapped polo tournaments in Asia and the Middle East, sees six 18-goal teams composed of top Emirati and international players, compete.

The H.H President of UAE Polo Cup offers a lucrative purse of AED 500,000 (USD 137,000) to the winner.

The final of the H.H President of UAE Polo Cup is scheduled for Friday, March 27th. 

World-class Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club in Abu Dhabi was founded by HH Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan in 1994. The club is run under the patronage and directives of his son, HH Sheikh Falah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and boasts state-of-the-art facilities such as the Sheikh Zayed Field, formerly a horse truck.
