Emlor and Bardon have qualified for the final of the Indian Empire Shield, one of the most competitive tournaments on the English polo circuit, hosted at Guards Polo Club. The 2021 edition saw eleven teams, up to 18 goals, compete, and the trophy, a massive shield, dates back to the early ’20s.
The semifinals, played on Friday, July 16, Emlor beat White Crane 8-9, while Bardon took a 5-4.5 win over Four Quarters.
Green Gates and Black Bears will play the Subsidiary Trophy.
