The EMAAR Polo Cup was launched on Thursday, March 3, in a press conference and draw at Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The event saw sponsors, directives, media and players in attendance.

The tournament will see four teams, between 10 and 12 goals, compete. Action kicks off on Monday, March 7, and concludes with the final on Saturday, March 12.
