Action continued in Deauville as Bar du Soleil defeated Le Drakkar by 5 goals to 2.5 to win the Ladies Polo Cup on Saturday, August 14, in the club set in Normandy, France. The event formed part of the Barrière Deauville Polo Cup, which takes place prior to the start of the traditional Coupe d’Or, hosted by the Deauville International Polo Cup.

Fátima Balzano was named MVP.

The Ladies Polo Cup saw three teams, up to 13 goals (ladies handicap), compete. Play in Deauville continues with the much anticipated Coupe d’Or, that will take place from August 14-29.
