The 22 Berenberg German Polo Masters Sylt kicked off on Wednesday, July 28. After being cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic, the tournament is back on at the club set in Keitum-Siidik. This year, the action is sponsored by Berenberg, the oldest German private bank and the second oldest in the world.
The competition sees six teams, between 6-8 goals, compete. Many international players, such as Valentin Novillo Astrada, Tuki Ruiz Guiñazú, and the Laplacettes, as well as Germany’s Basti Schneberger and Brazil’s João Novaes, will be vying for the title.
The tournament began on Wednesday, July 28. The final is set for Saturday, August 1.
