The 131st. Argentine Polo Open Championship resumed on Friday November 8, with a single match played on ground 2, that saw clash of the undefeated – reigning champions, La Natividad, against La Hache Cria & Polo. La Natividad and La Hache Cría & Polo won in their debut games over La Aguada and Indios Chapaleufu, respectively.
Following a close first chukka, La Natividad took off in the second, by earning significant advantages chukka after chukka, while their contenders struggled to manage La Natividad’s fierce dominance; they produced their last goal in the third chukka and by half time, La Natividad had a comfortable 10-3 lead. The story wouldn’t change in the second half – La Natividad were literally overwhelming through their accurate team play and a remarkable job both in attack and defense.
It was not until the seventh chukka when La Hache Cría & Polo were able to reach the goalposts. However, by the time Facundo Sola managed to score for La Hache Cria & Polo in that seventh chukka, the deal was long said and done. At the end of the day, the contest was like a walk in the park for La Natividad who claimed an impressive 22-6 win, their second in the Argentine Open.

2pm: La Hache vs. La Aguada
4,30pm: Ellerstina vs. La Zeta Kazak
The final of the 131st. Argentine Polo Open Championship is due on Saturday December 7.
