Eduardo Novillo Astrada, President of the Argentine Association of Polo, spoke to Polo Radio. After last weekend, where more than 16.000 people attended Palermo, AAP representatives are looking forward to Saturday's big final between La Dolfina and Ellerstina.

Among other things, Eduardo Novillo Astrada highlighted the following:

"I think we are doing things right. We did the best we could in these five months, and checking the numbers from last weekend, they are very good compared to the past year. That gives us positive feedback, because people are responding well to these changes. This weekend 30% more people attended than last year, but I want Palermo to be packed, and we are on the right path."

On next year: "When the season is over we will sit down with players and discuss what they think, we are open to changes and to trying new things. There will be more changes in the rules as well, which we will test during the autumn season, but we have to continue with this rhythm, we still have a lot of things to do."

"Personally, I liked the 10 team format. There were a couple of good surprises, the lower teams improved. I like the idea of having more than less."
