Equine Liquid Biocell beat La Indiana 11-10 and claimed the Iglehart Cup, the last 20-goal competition of the yeat at International Polo Club Palm Beach.
La Indiana had a stronger start, leading by a 4-2 score by the end of the second chukker.
Things changed dramatically in the third chukker, when Equine Liquid Biocell revved it up, and displayed their best polo to overwhelm La Indiana. They dominated the match and the score, in a way that they held Michael Bickford's foursome scoreless for the next three chukkers. As a result, Equine Liquid Biocell reached a commanding 11-4 advantage, with only one chukker remaining.
Despite the heavy score, nothing was still and done yet. La Indiana surprised Equine Liquid Biocell in the last chukker, and produced six unanswered goals to close the gap to just one goal. But the efforts didn't pay off; time was running out and by the end of the day, Equine Liquid Biocell emerged as the winners of the closing 20-goal tournament of the 2017 season.
