Bin Drai claim Sunday win; Habtoor & Mahra will play tournament final

Bin Drai beat Bangash 6 goals to 4 in the last qualifying match of the Dubai Masters Cup at Al Habtoor Polo Resort.

Despite the victory, Bin Drai didn't qualify for the final of the tournament. Due to goal difference, Habtoor will meet Mahra in the championship game.

In order to earn a spot in the final Bin Drai needed to win by scoring six goals or more, but a determined Bangash didn't make thinks that easy for them. Bin Drai had to work hard to claim a tough 6-4 victory.

Score Bin Drai: 1-1, 3-1, 5-2, 6-4
Bin Drai: Raul Laplacette 5, Fran Elizalde 1
Bangash: Nicolás Corti Maderna 3, Marco Focaccia 1

Habtoor and Mahra will play the final on Tuesday, February 14, at 4pm. Prior to that, Bin Drai and Wolves will play for third place at 2:30pm.
